Chocolate For Breakfast? Banana Oat and Cocoa Smoothie
1 ripe banana
1 heaping spoonful of almond butter or favorite nut butter
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4-5 ice cubes
*Optional additions: chia or flax seeds, greek yogurt, spinach, strawberries. The possibilities are endless!
1. Place all items in a high speed blender, blender until smooth, & enjoy!
